Processing and Shipping Policies
1) Schedule.
Most orders placed before 2PM on Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped within 24 business hours peding verification. Actual FedEx delivery time from our NY warehouse is another 1-6 business days, depending on the destination.
Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day requests may need further processing and may ship the day after ordering. Example- if you are ordering on Wednesday and need the item for Friday, then select the Overnight option.
2) Payment.
Shipdog accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit or debit cards issued by a bank in the USA or Paypal.
Shipdog does not process:
- American Express.
- Virtual credit cards (a number generated for just one purchase).
- Cards from a bank outside the 50 United States and DC (not even a US territory like Puerto Rico).
- Billing addresses outside the USA, even if the card is from an American bank.

3) Verification.
We thoroughly verify all credit cards and addresses to protect the card holders. To avoid processing or shipping delays, please consider the following:
Billing information:
- Use the exact info from the credit card statement.
- For the telephone number, use what's on file with the card issuer or one that is listed in the telephone directory.
- For a business, use the full name of the company, not just a division or initials, and the company's main telephone number. A direct phone number to the recepient can be given as the alternate number.
If the billing and shipping addresses are the same:
- Processing is usually quicker.
- We may contact you- and this may delay the process- if the main phone number is unlisted, or if the name, address and phone number cannot be verified through the Automated Verification System, in an online telephone directory, or Internet search
If the billing and shipping addresses are different:

The shipping name, address and main phone number must be verifiable in an online telephone directory or Internet search.If not,the shipping address has to be listed with the credit card as either the billing or alternate shipping address. and we may contact you for further information and this may delay the process.

If you need to receive the order at someone else's home, put your name in the top name fields and then write "c/o" and the name of the person listed at the address in the c/o field.

4) Shipdog does not ship to the following:
- Outside the 50 United States and DC (not even Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).
- Hotels or resorts (unless one works there).
- Post Office boxes.
- MailBoxes Etc. or similar establishments
5) Other shipping notes:
- No COD.
- No shipping on account or with your own carrier.
6) Alaska, Hawaii & APO/FPOs.
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must choose the "2-Day" option.
- APO/FPOs will be given the "APO-FPO" shipping option after clicking "Continue" on the order page.
7) Email.
We do not send ads nor sell any of your information. The email address is used to:
1) Send an order confirmation.
2) Contact you if an issue arises. (A message would also appear through our site's "Track Your Order" feature.)
3) Allow FedEx to send the tracking number once the order is ready to ship.
Please use a proper email address that is checked regularly and make sure our emails (from "shipdog.com") will not be blocked or junked.
8) Delivery.
The FedEx computer system automatically sends an email with the tracking number once the package is ready to ship (usually between 12-6 PM EST). This service is not available for APO/FPO orders.
The "Track Your Order" feature on our website is updated with the new tracking numbers once a day at around 7PM EST. Any message for a customer- like, a billing address issue- can appear at any time during business hours.
9) Final step.
To complete the secure shopping experience, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
