Many of the items returned to us as defective either work fine or can return to normal operation with a little phone or email help from the manufacturer. As an example, a common problem with GPS units can be solved with the manufacturer explaining how to reset the unit.

Please take the time to contact the manufacturer as their staff is well equipped and experienced with all possible issues. (Shipdog does not have a tech staff.) It?s true that some companies reply more quickly than others, but the wait is much shorter and less expensive than shipping the item back to us for an exchange.
